What we collect

Business contact details (name, job title, company, work email) from commercial B2B databases and public sources, and the content of any email you send us. On this site, the Fit Check runs in your browser and your answers are not sent to us. If you get a “not a match right now” result and choose to leave your email, we receive that email address and the fact that you got that result. If analytics is switched on, we record three events: that someone started the Fit Check, the result category when it is completed, and that an Apply button was clicked (with the campaign tag, such as landing_page). Analytics sets no tracking cookies and records no names or emails.

Why

To contact businesses about whether they match micro1's published criteria for its company-data program, to answer your replies, and to understand whether this page works.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not pass your details to micro1 or anyone else unless you ask us to. When you click Apply you leave this site; the application on micro1's site is yours, and nothing is pre-filled or sent for you.

Opting out

Reply “remove” to any email from us, or write to [contact email]. We will stop contacting you and add your address to our suppression list.

Retention

We keep outreach records for up to 24 months, and keep suppression entries indefinitely so we never contact you again.
